A fabulous indie bottling of Fettercairn, distilled back on 20 November 2006. Its next 12 years were spent in single cask #107721, until The Single Cask cracked it open and bottled the single malt in April 2019. The cask yielded 225 handsome square bottles at 55.1% ABV.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Peach and apricot, white chocolate, buttery caramel and floral peony, roasted coffee and spices.

Palate Stem ginger, flaky croissant with tropical fruit jam, crème pâtissière and a sprinkle of herbes de Provence.

Finish Freshly cut grass, sweet pineapple, drying oak and baking spice.
