A fabulous indie bottling of Fettercairn, distilled back on 20 November 2006. Its next 12 years were spent in single cask #107721, until The Single Cask cracked it open and bottled the single malt in April 2019. The cask yielded 225 handsome square bottles at 55.1% ABV.
Peach and apricot, white chocolate, buttery caramel and floral peony, roasted coffee and spices.
Stem ginger, flaky croissant with tropical fruit jam, crème pâtissière and a sprinkle of herbes de Provence.
Freshly cut grass, sweet pineapple, drying oak and baking spice.
