Wonderfully, the Snow Grouse is a grain whisky, designed to be drunk cold. What a brilliant idea! In fact, they recommend you have this stuff straight from the freezer.

Absolutely amazed at some of the comments knocking this whiskey!, as an alternative to moderate temperature whiskeys to have this chilled is a hell of a difference and a welcome change...tastes fantastic!
Disappointing. It's not in the same class as a good quality vodka or a Scandinavian schnapps.
Put Ice in a large Tumbler, then a Sprinkle of good Dry Madera wine and then top this with a good splash of Grouse, Sip it with Relish,
Was given a bottle for my birthday I drink whiskey anyway but I tell you this that is one of the best freeze whiskey I have ever tasted was beautiful top mark but must be drunk straight
A whisky meant to be kept in the freezer or very cold on ice. Some people seem to downrate it because they drink it at room temperature and then dislike it, these people probably do not take the time to read the box that explicitly mentions to cool the whisky to freezing temperature before drinking. A fine whisky and great fun to pour to guests who aren't used to seeing a bottle come out of the freezer.
