“Second time round for this one so it must be good; especially when you can get it £10 cheaper for being a Prime member! Special offer mind you. Would highly recommend this relatively cheaper bourbon purely for the proof which greatly improves the flavours. Do try y’all!”

Cracking Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey from Ezra Brooks, bottled up at 99 proof (or 49.5% ABV, if you prefer the alcohol measurements found on this side of the Atlantic Ocean). Made with a mash of corn, rye, and barley, it boasts a rounded flavour profile of toffee, chocolate, and softly toasty spices. More than suitable for giving your Manhattan or Old Fashioned an upgrade.
