This single malt Irish whiskey is part of the Egan's core range. Non-chill filtered, Endeavour is made from whiskey that has been matured in a variety of cask types: virgin oak, oloroso sherry and imperial stout, for a flavourful and complex profile with subtle peat running throughout.

Long finish; the first taste profile is definitely Irish whiskey, in combination with the higher proof, finishing with the smoke. 4-5 minutes after a sip you’re still experiencing the peat. I also get the lingering impression of the sherry. Less peaty than Connemara. I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend. I’d buy one for myself, too!
