Single cask single malt from Edradour, aged for 14 years in a bourbon barrel - from March 2003 to September 2017. It was bottled for La Maison du Whisky's Cellar Book series, with an outturn of only 232 bottles.

Nose: Lemon peel, cut grass, honey and tropical fruit juice.

Palate: Hot buttered apple, roasted chestnuts, filo pastry and sultanas.
