Drawn from a single cask laid down in 2002, this 14 year old single malt from the Edradour distillery was bottled in 2017 at a cask strength 54.3% in these sophisticated Ibisco decanters.
Chewy caramels, cherry drops and oily oak, with a whiff of peat smoke.
Sultanas and waxy orange, with coffee bean, heather and black forest honey.
Chocolate muffins, thyme and raspberry jam.

In 2005 I visited and purchased an Ibisco Decanter on 14 year old Edradour. I husband it dearly and took a few years to finish it. As I enjoy the other Edradour offerings I have been forced to drink the ten year (for which I am not complaining) so I am anxious to visit again to purchase your older whiskeys.
I have just, sadly, finished this bottle. I bought from the distillery a couple of years ago. A wonderful mouthful and mouth feel. A long, long finish. Right up there with my favourites.
