This Edradour was distilled on the 14th September 1998, and it was filled into hogsheads before being transferred on the 2nd May 2007 to a Bordeaux Hogshead. It was bottled on the 18th October 2011 with an out-turn of 410 bottles.
Nose: Fruity and sweet. Notes of sultanas, pepper, hay, oak, potpourri and green tea
Palate: Sweet and peppy. Fragrant woods, cigar leaves, like an exotic spice stand perhaps. A touch of plum wine and damsons.
Finish: Good length and very oaky.
