This 2011 vintage Edradour single malt Scotch whisky was aged in a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead for over 12 years before it was bottled by the Whisky Sponge & Decadent Drinks. A total of 326 bottles were filled at 57.3% ABV. As always, the brand has had fun with the tasting note (see below) and also had this to say:
"Suggested serving: suppeth from a goblet hewn of no material less than purest pewter. Noseth gently, and cradyl the nectar in thy gulllet with but a single tear! But wryte ye not the tafting notef on thee inteyrnet, or give with full belly thy opynions too loudlyee! Lest ye be a twit!"
Tasting Note by The Producer
The flavours available to taste in this bottling are: deepest darkyst fruits o'the glen. Enchanting spices from the farthest lands oer the darkened wrything seas. Suckling boar, roast in the cackling halls of our forefathers. Marmite.
