Description

Pinot Grigio lends its casks to an 11-year-old Edradour here. Distilled in July 2015 and bottled in September 2026, the Highland single malt was finished in first-fill Pinot Grigio wine casks from St. Michael-Eppan in Alto Adige, northern Italy. Bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added colour.
