Description
Handsomely presented 11 year old Edradour, aged exclusively in bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength! This was distilled in March 2006 and bottled 11 years later in June 2017, with an outturn of 1,309 Ibisco decanters.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Like entering a chocolate shop! Wafts of cacao and fresh cream, with a hint of dusty oak.
Palate
Buttery and rich, with layers of toffee and melted chocolate. Hints of spicy peppercorn develop underneath.
Finish
Chewy barley and sweet popcorn. Perhaps some clove.
