Description
Ten year old single malt distilled by Edradour up in the Highlands, independently bottled by Signatory. This one was aged in a single cask from October 2011 to November 2021 before being bottled for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, which means... Well, yeah, it's not been chill-filtered. It's a good name when you think about it, really.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Coffee and walnut cake, chocolate digestives, a little hint of waxy peels.
Palate
Warming with more chocolate and dried fruit, plus stem ginger and molasses.
Finish
Quite malty on the finish, with a pinch of pepper.
