An Un-Chillfiltered Collection bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from the Edradour Distillery. This expression was distilled in 2011 and aged in a single cask for ten years, before being bottled in 2021 by Signatory. No chill-filtration here, folks! None of it.
Nose: Chocolate peanuts, jammy sultanas, a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon.
Palate: Blackberry jam on nutty bread, sugared almonds, peppercorn, a touch of greengage.
Finish: Cassia, clove, a final hint of tangerine.
