Single cask Edradour, bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This was distilled in September 2007 and left to mature for 10 years. After a decade in oak, the whisky was bottled in November 2017 at 46% ABV, with no chill-filtration (obviously).
Christmas cake and gingerbread - this will make for a fine festive dram!
Chocolate raisins, milky coffee and a subtle mineral-y element.
Lingering barley sugar sweetness and some fizzy oak spices.
