Big flavours from one of Scotland's smallest distilleries, Edradour. This 10 year old single malt Scotch whisky was bottled without chill-filtering by Signatory in November 2013 after it matured in the cask for 10 years, since December 2002. 908 bottles were released, all coming with a shiny presentation tin.

I purchased this in Texas on recomendation of the salesman, and took it home for a try. I had it with a wee splash of soda, maybe 1 tablespoon, and I sat down on the back porch with a pipe of Blue Mountain tobacco, and at my first sip it was love at first sip. It is smooth and creamy with a touch of fruit and none of the heavy tainting of peat that I dislike in many scotches. It is perhaps my favorite and I look forward to sampling the older offerings, although this one goes down like a 15 yr.
my daughter bought me a bottle for christmass and i can honestly say it is the best whisky i have tasted edradour has been my favourite for many years now but this one beats them all thanks
