This smoky 11 year old single malt from Edradour Distillery was released under the Ballechin name – which is what the distillery uses for its peaty expressions. This particular expression was released as part of the Straight From The Cask series in 2021, after maturing in a single bourbon cask. It was bottled at cask strength without chill filtration or additional colouring. Only 331 bottles were produced.
