One of two inguinal release from The Library Collection, a series of independent bottlings from Edinburgh Whisky Ltd. This is a 15 year old Highland park, matured in a first fill bourbon barrel from March 2000 to June 2015, when it was bottled with a outturn of 257 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Classic Highland Park smokiness opens this one, with notes of vanilla and white fruit growing in the background.

Palate

Smoke isn't quite as pronounced on the palate, giving way to more apple, pear and raisin notes.

Finish

Dark chocolate and peat.
