Eden Mill Blended Malt - The Guard Bridge
A blended malt Scotch from Eden Mill, you could say that The Guard Bridge bridges the gap between the Lowlands and the Highlands. A blend of Lowland and Highland single malts, including a portion of the distillery's own Eden Mill St Andrews single malt, it boasts a splendid balance of buttery barley and creamy vanilla, sherried fruit, and oaken spice.

Nose
Grassy florals open the way for juicy barley and poached stone fruits, with trickles of caramel and charred oak.
Palate
Barley sugar sweeties, toasted vanilla, and honeyed flapjack are backed by sherry soaked fruit and delicate baking spice.
