Cask strength wheat whiskey from Dry Fly Distillers in Spokane, Washington. You don't see many cask strength wheat whiskeys these days, so here's a great chance to try some. A bold expression, with plenty of character and power behind it.

Very good drinking wheat whiskey. Best neat in my opinion even at 60 ABV. Not too complex which shows it's a bit young but a unique craft selection to add to your collection. My favourite of the Dry Fly selections.
