Old Orkney 21 Year Old V.99 & V.03 (Decadent Drinks)
This 21-year-old single malt is the third Old Orkney bottling from Decadent Drinks. It's a combo of equal parts Orkney single malt, first, a 2003 plain oak refill hogshead, and second, a 1999 vintage first-fill ex-bodega sherry butt, married together in a second-fill sherry butt for at least six months before it was bottled at cask strength.

A big, very robust and well-sherried Orkney single malt, with a very rugged, drying and salty sherry profile, underpinned by a gentle thread of Orcadian peat smoke. Old school and hugely characterful Orkney single malt!
