Deanston Virgin Oak Cask Strength 2026 Release (60th Anniversary Edition) 70cl Whisky

The award-winning Deanston Virgin Oak gets dialled up to the max for the second cask strength edition, released during the Highland distillery's 60th anniversary year. Here's the skinny: it's single malt made from 100% Scottish barley that was aged in bourbon casks initially then got a full year of secondary maturation in new American oak. The whisky was then bottled with no chill-filtration or additional colour at a very big 60.7% ABV, cask strength to create a mouth-coating texture and flavours of waxy citrus, warming spice, and sweet oak char.
