Port Finish
A single cask Deanston here from The Cooper's Choice range. This one was initially aged in American oak, before being moved over to a Port pipe for a finishing period. In 2019, it was bottled up by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. at 9 years of age, with an outturn of only 300 bottles.
White chocolate, orange peel, honeycomb and walnut.
Oily barley and melted butter, with a helping of raspberry sorbet along the way.
Red liquorice and brioche.
