Salty sea breeze and earthy peat smoke lead the way, backed by charred oak, toasted vanilla and coconut, and fragrant woody spice.

Palate

Coal and ash join meaty notes of beer sticks and salt and pepper crisps while charred herbs and brown butter nestle beneath.

Roasted coffee grounds, dried mint, smoked salami, salted caramel.
