A 6 year old blended malt Scotch whisky from the Campbeltown region, independently bottled by Darkness. As with the rest of the Darkness range, this expression has enjoyed a finishing period in specially-coopered sherry octave casks (specifically Oloroso sherry this time), resulting in oodles of sherried brilliance.
Nose Cinnamon rolls, new leather, dates, a few hints of forest floor.
Palate Coffee bean, flaky pastry, melted butter, Nutella, and dried apricot.
