Dalmore began the Rivers Collection to contribute to the upkeep of some of Scotland's famous rivers; namely the Spey, Tay, Tweed and Dee. This bottle is naturally in support of the famous salmon fishing Dee river.
Nose: A big rich nose of coffee beans, dark chocolate and warm winter spices, notably cinnamon.
Palate: Fairly nutty (perhaps walnuts?) with candied orange peel and crystallised stem ginger.
Finish: Long and spicy with a hint of treacle.
Overall: A rich and warm Dalmore, perfect in a hip flask on a long walk.
