Nose
Bitter dark chocolate, ripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple.
Palate
Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan.
Finish
Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges.
