A 20 year old Dalmore single malt Scotch whisky, which has been given a finishing period in an Oloroso Sherry cask. This was distilled back in 1995 and bottled 20 years later in 2016 by the chaps from Ian Macleod for the Dun Bheagan range - 669 bottles were produced.

Nose
Buttered cinnamon toast, honey, raisins and a generous helping of chocolate cake.
Palate
More chocolate cake, but now with a bonus slice of Christmas cake right next to it! Quite spicy on the mid-palate - think black pepper and nutmeg.
Finish
Damsons and pecans.
