Description
Independently bottled by James Eadie, this single malt from Dailuiane spent a dozen years maturing between 2010 and 2023. After a final 11 months finishing in a first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead, a total of 325 cask strength bottles were released.

Nose
Spiced currant buns, dense, leathery oak, and stewed stone fruits.
Palate
Waves of warming cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove are backed by warm caramel and cooked apple.
Finish
Vanilla, sweet baking spice, and lingering oaken richness.
