Dailuaine 9 Year Old 2012 - Strictly Limited (Càrn Mòr)
Nine year old single malt from the Dailuaine Distillery, which was distilled in 2012 and given a finishing period in Sauternes wine casks. Following that, it was bottled up in 2021 by Càrn Mòr for the Strictly Limited series. Sauternes wine is known for its bold, bright, vibrant sweetness, and there'll be helpings of that sweetness imparted to this whisky's flavour profile.

Nose
Anise, caramel, oat cakes, tangy citrus peels and plums.
Palate
More caramel, root ginger, honey, and a hint of roasted almond.
Finish
Cinnamon sweeties and vanilla essence.
