Delectable Dailuaine, bottled up by That Boutique-y Whisky Company for its Boutique-y Records release! This one was given six years of maturation in a sherry hogshead before being bottled up at 57.9% ABV. The label features a design that looks like a old soul 7" record, with the pun "Soul for Us" hinting at Dailuaine's flavour profile. Clever, very clever...
Batch 6 is a release of 374 bottles.

Nose
Toasted teacakes, salted butter, gingerbread, and candle wax.
Palate
Toffee apples and red berries, with a good kick of cinnamon and more ginger.
Finish
Toasty and warming, with spices continuing from the palate.
