Description
Joining the Cask Strength Collection from Signatory Vintage is this bottling of Dailuaine, distilled in 1997 and matured for a cool 25 years. Only 397 bottles of the Speyside single malt Scotch were released, without any added colour, and at an approachable ABV of 48.2%.

Nose
Apple peels, with toasted hazelnuts, cinnamon spice, and pencil shavings.
Palate
Well integrated wood, with earthy vanilla, praline, and black pepper.
Finish
Long, with mellow oak, and ginger snaps.
