Single malt from Dailuane. This Scotch whisky was distilled in 2009 and matured in a single hogshead. It was bottled in 2022, without added colour or chill filtration, by indie bottler Berry Bros. & Rudd. An outturn of only 278 bottles.
Heather honey, poached apples and pears, and some oaky spice.
More orchard fruit, apple crumble, barley sugar, and crystallised ginger.
Warm spices build, with lingering fruit.
