Indie bottler Alistair Walker got its hands on a cracking single cask from Dailuiaine here. Distilled in 2008, this single malt spent the next 16 years maturing, finishing for over two and a half years in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead before it was bottled in 2024. A release of 293 bottles.
