Distilled at Dailuaine in 2009, this single malt spent 13 years maturing in a single cask before being independently bottled by Adelphi. A release of 295 bottles, cask strength, and without chill-filtration.
Oily, toasted nuts, buttered shortbread, and praline, with waxed citrus in tow. Cured meat and spiced orange notes linger in the distance.
Meaty malt with spiced biscuits and plenty of stewed fruit, honeyed tea loaf, buttery fudge, and baking spice.
Dense oak, sticky toffee, a touch of anise, and clove.
