Daftmill Summer Batch Release 2013 70cl Whisky

Sound the new Daftmill alarm! We've got another limited release from Fife's favourite family-owned farm distillery, distilled in summer 2013 and aged for 13 years in a selection of first-fill bourbon casks. Made from Concerto barley grown in the South fields and harvested on the 2 and 3 September 2011, it was then dried and stored on the farm to be malted in Alloa during the spring of 2012. The single malt draws on a selection of fourteen barrels matured on the upper level of the dunnage warehouse. Just 3,775 bottles were filled in June 2026 without chill-filtration or additonal colouring at 46% ABV.
