Description

Nose

Toasty notes of oak char and sawdust, roasted almonds, and buttered rye bread, with a touch of minerality nestling beneath.

Palate

Rich char, vibrant rye, more mineral character, with barky spice and peppercorns.

Finish

Sweet spice, buttery caramel, cinnamon, a touch of leather.
