Description
Released in 2024, this batch of Welsh single grain whisky from Dà Mhìle was aged in a combo of bourbon and Islay whisky casks. Those Islay casks have given the whisky a lightly peated profile, with subtle salinity, soft smoke and spice supporting fruity, floral sweetness at its core.

Nose
Softly sweet, with orchard blossom and stone fruits.
Palate
Fruity sweetness soon opens the way for rich, oaken spice, a touch of barky cinnamon, and anise.
Finish
Warming spices linger, with caramel, poached fruit, and gentle smoky salinity.
