From the cracking Craigellachie Distillery comes a 13 year old single malt Scotch whisky, independently bottled up by James Eadie. It was distilled in 2008 and left to mature in three refill hogsheads. After a baker's dozen years, the James Eadie team deemed it ready to bottle up. It comes presented with a handsome label and a name that is an homage to a pub that was previously owned by James Eadie back in the days of yore.
Biscotti, peach, white pepper, dry oak.
Caramel latte, cassia, more peppery malt, a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Ice cream wafers, juxtaposed with a hint of smoke.
