Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Crisp apples and pears, a touch of berry jam, runny honey, and biscuity malt.
Palate
Those jammy fruits carry through, with stewed plums and currants, backed by sweet, wintery spice.
Finish
Ginger cake, candied nuts, sticky toffee, cracked pepper, and toasted oak.
