Description
Cracking Craigellachie joins the Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection. This Speyside single malt was distilled in 2012 and spent a decade maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt. It was bottled in 2023, with an outturn of 610 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cinder toffee, raisins, dates, candied citrus, and oaky spice.
Palate
Warm, toasted oak, with a touch of furniture polish, treacle tart, dark chocolate, and baking spices.
Finish
Some orchard fruit, with peppery spice.
