This Craigellachie single malt was distilled in 2010 and matured for 11 years, including a finishing period in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. In 2021, the folks at Càrn Mòr bottled this up, with a total outturn of 1,282 bottles released for its Strictly Limited collection.
Spiced biscuits, dried fruits, diced nuts, a splash of citrus with a touch of earthy minerality.
Honeycomb, butterscotch, clove, nutmeg, and rich, meaty malt.
Boozy fruits, caramel, dried barley, subtle smoked salt.
