The Cotswolds Hit

I first experienced Cotswolds Whisky, their Signature expression, on a cruise. My thoughts were it's an English whisky so don't expect too much, but if it's being served on the cruise ship it cannot be bad. It was an extremely pleasant surprise and a reminder to be openminded. Once home I researched Cotswolds Distillery and this Founders Choice caught my eye. It did not disappoint. It is full on toffee, caramel and fruity, and boy, what a finish, long and lingering! What flavour! What a hit!
