17-year-old single malt Irish whiskey from the Cooley distillery, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! Cooley was the first whiskey distillery founded in Ireland for over a century when John Teeling swung open the doors in 1987. What might you find if you took a peek inside those doors (aside from oodles of lovely whiskey, that is)? Well, if you were to believe those Boutique-y chaps, you might find a spirit safe that looks like it was very difficult to create. In fact, it looks impossible!

‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
