Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich, heaps of barley, stewed fruit. Christmas cake, brandy butter. Astringent oak, herbal. Mochaccino.

Palate: Pungent, rich, excellent sweetness, estery fruit. Fruit salad, stone fruits, grenadine, eucalyptus.

Finish: Bitter sweetness from the oak, long, rich and fruity.
