This is a 29 year old Mackillop's Coleburn bottled in 2008. Sadly Coleburn is now a closed distillery, but this bottling provides the opportunity to try some!
Fresh squeezed lemon juice, lime pith and double cream.
Candied orange peel, cocoa powder and vanilla essence.
Lemon zest, vanilla ice cream and some dark chocolate shavings.
A light-bodied whisky from a closed distillery.
