26 year old Clynelish single malt, aged in a Sherry oak cask from October 1988 to November 2014. This was independently bottled for the Duncan Taylor Single range, with only 81 bottles produced (each presented with a wooden case to house the bottle).
Nose Blackcurrant jam, sea breeze, heavy malt. A touch of honey.
Palate Stem ginger, orange peels drenched in Sherry, a light hint of grass.
Finish Medium length, with notes of malt loaf and salted butter.
