This Clynelish comes from Carn Mor's Strictly Limited range. It was distilled in 1997 and aged in hogsheads for 15 years before bottling in 2012. A release of 605 bottles from two casks.
Nose: Cooked fruit and pineapple. Hints of barley malt, salt butter and spice.
Palate: Malt core with hints of sherry and allspice. Dried banana chips and starchiness.
Finish: Long, spiced.
