Circumstance Single Grain Wheat Whisky 70cl

Here we have the inaugural wheat whisky from Bristol's Circumstance distillery, which fired up its stills back in 2018. Produced from a combo of 30% malted barley and 70% malted wheat, fermented with saison and Bavarian wheat beer yeasts, and matured for three years in first-fill bourbon casks. A release of 459 bottles.
