Circumstance Barley Organic Single Grain Whisky 6 Year Old 70cl

Circumstance Distillery returns with the latest rolling release of its Organic Single Grain Whisky and, crucially, the first to carry an age statement. Six years old and proudly wearing it, this unconventional English whisky is made from 85% malted barley and 15% unmalted barley, fermented for an eye-watering 14 days with saison yeast before distillation through a copper whisky hood and four-plate column still. A full six years in an oloroso-conditioned cask has added layers of dark fruit, nutty richness, and savoury complexity to the distillery’s naturally funky, textural spirit. In other words, absolutely nobody here is interested in doing things the boring way.
