A well-aged Cardhu, this 18 year old Speyside single malt retains its characteristic gentle nature allied with greater complexity and richness.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Cakey vanilla, caramelised fruit, a hint of new leather.

Palate Quite chocolatey on the palate, with notes of pear and citrus never far away.

Finish Drying oaky spices and another hint of dark chocolate.

A delight
What a joy, whilst on the nose it was a bit scary with deep almost acetone notes it came as an absolute joy on the palate tasting like an apple crumble and a Black Forest gateaux joined forces.
It’s a steal for the price! Sheer deliciousness

Excellent for the price point
Smooth opening flavour, followed with a warm and a tinge of peat in the aftertaste, which was surprising.
A decent 18 but not one I would rush to purchase again at this price point.
The Glenmorangie 18 Extremely Rare at £10 more is infinitely smoother and dangerously moreish by comparison.

Poor presentation
Very disappointed that it didn't come in a cardhu box like other retailers provide, it is for a gift so it now looks cheaper
