Single malt Cardhu here that's been presented by Douglas Laing for its Old Particular series. It was filled into a refill hogshead cask before being bottled at 48.4% ABV after a decade of maturation without any additional colouring or chill-filtration.
Cinnamon, ripe apples, vanilla, and caramel.
Drying oak spice, caramalised fruit, tinned peaches, and nuts.
Tropical fruit and toffee.
